Service rate: $35/hr (1-hr minimum; then 15-min steps)
Mileage: First 30 miles round-trip included; then $0.75/mi
Extra stops (same trip): $5/stop
Surcharges (when applicable): Same-day +$10/hr; Evenings/Weekend/Holiday +20% on labor
